Poor Thomas Lifson has an article attacking and mocking liberals in the ultra far to the right American Thinker blog under silly title "Why liberals love trains".
The article quotes the conservatives priest George Will explaining what is it all about in his characteristic sharp wisdome, at least of what he thinks "...the real reason for progressives' passion for trains is their goal of diminishing Americans' individualism in order to make them more amenable to collectivism".
First the high speed bullet trains has nothing to do with being liberal or not so this is the first thing to keep the baby quite. The truth of the matter is that that the right wingers live in a cage and don't see how the world and don't see how the world is changing and progressing around them. Another way to describe them is that they are slow thinkers and political turtles when it comes to approaching the bullet trains and they are scared like being rabbits.
